Last weekend, Andrea completed her Cranial Sacral Therapy I (CST) course from the Upledger Institute. Currently both Rachel and Andrea are treating patients utilizing CST techniques along with manual therapy and therapeutic exercises.
Some of the therapeutic indications for CST include:

* Headaches and Migraines

* TMJ and other dysfunctions of the jaw including popping or pain with chewing
