(1) Part-Time Orthopedic/Pelvic Physical Therapist
Empower Physical Therapy is currently seeking a part-time Physical Therapist with the opportunity to transition to full-time. Our ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
Master’s or Doctorate level Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
Current Pennsylvania license
At least two (2) years of orthopedic experience
At least one (1) year of experience in the treatment of women’s and men’s health (urinary/fecal incontinence, pelvic pain, post-prostatectomy, pregnancy, and post-partum)
Must be willing to obtain Board Certification in Women’s Health (WCS) within three (3) years of employment
Ability to work two (2) nights per week
(1) Full-Time Medical Billing/Reception
Position Qualifications & Skills:
At least 1-2 years of recent billing experience
Sound working knowledge of CPT, ICD10, HCPCS and medical terminology
Understanding of Medicare compliance, PQRS, functional reporting
High School Degree or equivalent; Billing certification is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Working knowledge of physical therapy billing
Comfortable with use of Navinet or calling regarding questions to ask regarding insurance billing
Time management and multi-tasking is a must in our small office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This position is full time, non-exempt. The hours vary from 8-10 hours/day, but 40 hours should be completed between Monday-Friday. This position includes 2 nights.
